RETURNS POLICY

1. We will promptly replace any book or CD returned to us for any problems involving material defects within 10 days of your receipt of the product.

2. In any case, we cannot accept returns on books which have been opened, studied, or read or whose accompanying CD has been removed from its sealed jacket.

3. All sales of Books and programs delivered electronically are final.
